Welders for reinforcing constructions
Lines for the production of prefabricated TERIVA type manufactured by our company, have the ability of welding wires carriers ranging from 6 to 12 mm. Depending on the desired production rate by the customer, are used two solutions:
- Solution I - commonly used, is to keep the welded truss for the duration of welding and cutting. This solution enables the efficiency of 6 m / min.
- Solution II – the process is carried out without stopping welded element on the duration of the weld. This is possible thanks to the option of following welding device after the welded element and every time returning. The use of mobile cutting off guillotine also does not stop the production process. Thanks to this, we achieve efficiency up to 12 m / min.
