This depends on several factors, including of efficiency, the solutions and the quantity and quality of materials used. We don’t save money when we choose materials- products of highest quality are the basis. We look for savings in efficient organization and optimized costs of production. The high-quality strategy we adopted brought tangible results. A significant part of machines sold by us, went to the same customers, once again. What distinguish us

One of the most important parameters characterizing the machine is its performance. High production performance of machines built by us, we achieved that through using numbers of solutions that have reduced to a minimum the individual stages, which consists of a single cycle of welding. They are:

- Suitable characteristics of feed drive welded gratings
- Time of descent and divergence of electrodes
- The time of discharge and positioning of crosswise wire (in automatic lines)

Moreover, the key to efficiency in our welders, is very short sealing time.
It is short due to the small parameter of time ( about 3 periods) and by the possibility of switching all of the transformers at the same time . Then the time of single line’s welding process is about 0.16 seconds.
Such a good result is possible only with high efficiency value determination circuit. We have obtained it through using of toroidal transformers, which due to their design, far outweigh the efficiency of conventional transformers. Moreover, we obtained high efficiency by using of large cross-sections of the secondary circuit, which supplies the electrodes, and also by a large number of transformers, with the result that the connection between the transformers and the electrodes can be shorter.
Noteworthy is the fact that the high energy efficiency of welders we produce, directly translates to electricity consumption, which significantly affects the cost of the final product.
