Multi-spot template welding machines

Template, automated and self-propelled welding machines type ZWA - 14 are designed for welding mesh or sheet metal.
The welding equipment includes precision cut template, which allows welding, usually meshes of large dimensions, or many smaller at the same time.

Welders type ZWA - 14 very well suited for the production of fencing panels . In particular, where is a variety of sizes and designs.
Noteworthy is the fact that the welding -type MIA -14 produced by us , the only one in the country enables the production of fencing panels , two basic types:
• type "P" with the stiffening inflection, diameter of eg 5 + 5 mm
• type “simple" composed of three layers of wires with diameters such as 6 + 5 + 6 and 8 + 6 + 8 mm

An important advantage of ZWA - 14 is the ease of adapting the machine for other tasks. This action is not time-consuming, it can be done several times a day. It involves replacing the template and change the settings on the controller.

Template, automated and self-propelled welding machines, produced by our company, have door construction with the working width up to 3 m. They are equipped with pneumatic actuators in the required amount, usually up to twenty-five, which allows for up to fifty weld points. Changing the spacing of the electrodes and the distance between the template trolley stops, you can change the spacing loops of welded mesh in both directions.

Welding service is very simple. Consists in laying the template of welded components and pressing the start button.

Vapor control system is microprocessor-based controller. The circuit uses a welding power toroidal transformers with high efficiency, which significantly lowers electricity consumption.
